Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We ship across Pakistan from our location in Lahore.
- Free shipping on all orders of PKR 4,500 or more
- Standard shipping: PKR 199 for orders under PKR 4,500
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide.
- Standard international shipping: PKR 5,600
- Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days depending on destination
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier's website.
