📦 Orders
How do I place an order on beescreations.pk?
Placing an order is simple. Browse our collections, select your item, choose your size or colour if applicable, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation message shortly after.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to cancel it.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can also pay online via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer at checkout. Please note that customers who pay in advance (online payment) receive a free gift with their order as a thank you.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation. Please double-check your contact details at checkout to ensure you receive all order updates. If you don't receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–4 working days. We ship to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond. If you need your order urgently, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will do our best to arrange faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping charges apply on all orders. Orders above Rs. 4,500 qualify for free delivery across Pakistan — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. For bulk orders or special delivery requirements, please contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan including all major cities and most smaller towns. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm for you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery through our courier partner's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you offer urgent or express delivery?
We understand that sometimes you need an order in a hurry — especially before Eid, a wedding, or a birthday. For urgent delivery requests, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What is 18K PVD gold plating and will it tarnish?
PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) gold plating is a premium plating process that creates a significantly harder, thicker, and more durable gold layer than standard electroplating. All Bee's Creations jewelry uses 18K PVD gold plating on surgical-grade stainless steel. This means our jewelry is waterproof, tarnish-free, and scratch-resistant — built to last through years of daily wear in Pakistan's climate.
Is your jewelry waterproof? Can I wear it while doing wudu?
Yes — all Bee's Creations jewelry is 100% waterproof. You can wear it while washing your hands, doing wudu, showering, and in light rain without any risk of tarnishing or discolouration. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea for extended periods, as prolonged exposure to chlorine and saltwater can eventually affect the plating.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. All Bee's Creations jewelry is 100% hypoallergenic — nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. Our pieces are made from surgical-grade stainless steel and are safe for daily wear even on the most sensitive skin. If you've experienced reactions to other jewelry in the past, our PVD-plated stainless steel pieces are the safest artificial jewelry option available.
How do I find my ring size?
To find your ring size, wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the finger you want to wear the ring on. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres — this is your finger circumference. Most of our rings are available in sizes 6 and 7 (US sizing). Size 6 fits a circumference of approximately 51–52mm, and size 7 fits approximately 54–55mm. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us a photo of your hand and we'll help you choose.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love everything you receive from Bee's Creations. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the item. We'll review your request and work with you to find the best solution — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or another resolution. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We take quality very seriously and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible — whether through a replacement or another solution. Please do not discard the packaging until the matter is resolved.

How do I take care of my Bee's Creations jewelry?
Our 18K PVD gold-plated jewelry is designed for daily wear and requires minimal care. To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing to remove any oils or residue
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in individual pouches or a jewelry box
- Avoid extended exposure to chlorinated pools or saltwater
- Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, toothpaste, or abrasive materials to clean
With proper care, Bee's Creations jewelry can last for years without tarnishing or fading.
How do I clean my claw clips and scrunchies?
For claw clips: rinse gently under warm water with a soft toothbrush to remove any product buildup from the spring mechanism. Shake off excess water and air dry completely before storing. Avoid leaving clips in direct sunlight for extended periods.
For silk scrunchies: hand wash in cool water with a gentle shampoo or mild soap. Gently squeeze — never wring or twist. Lay flat to air dry. Never put in a dryer as heat damages the elastic core. Wash every 1–2 weeks with regular use.
